About the Savannah Sports Council

The Savannah Sports Council (SSC), a division of Visit Savannah and the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce, markets Savannah and Chatham County as a site for regional, national and international sports events. The SSC supports a wide range of events that offer a diverse opportunity to athletes of all ages and all sports, creating increased economic impact. Annual marquee events for the SSC include the Enmarket Savannah Hockey Classic, Publix Savannah Women’s Half & 5K, Georgia Power Golf Classic & Sports Awards Luncheon and the Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run.
