Visit Tybee Successfully Hosted Annual Customer Service Training

Last week, the Savannah Chamber and Visit Tybee partnered again with the Tourism Leadership Council to present “It’s What You Say and How You Say It,” exploring the importance of effective communication when interacting with customers and guests. In this customer service training, members of Tybee Island’s hospitality workforce heard from TLC’s vice president of operations, Carson Daley, about best practices, toured the new location of the Tybee Island Marine Science Center and enjoyed a trolley tour of the island with Old Town Trolley Savannah Tours.
