Last week, Dr. Brent Stokes of Savannah Technical College led May’s Tybee Talk customer service training for staff of Tybee Island hospitality businesses at Hotel Tybee. The session educated attendees on how to develop a culture at their organizations that makes visitors feel like family.
All Tybee Talks offer the same discussion in two separate sessions, both open to any and all businesses on Tybee Island. Following the class, a tour of the island is offered to update attendees on all that Tybee has to offer. Tybee Talks are free to member businesses located on Tybee Island, and non-Tybee Chamber members are $15 per person.
