Visit Savannah staffers met last week to participate in a video webinar series called “Destination Tailwind”. The three-part series, produced by Destination Analysts and BVK Marketing, takes a look at the ever-changing world of destination marketing organizations and helps to develop a framework for the future. President Joseph Marinelli said: “We have worked hard to build the trust, confidence and respect of our members, business leaders and elected officials. But we cannot rest on yesterday’s success. Now is the time to begin considering how our organization will evolve in the future.” Thoughts like this and more are built into the Visit Savannah 2021 Business Plan and Budget, which will be distributed to the Board of Directors later this week.
