Visit Savannah Team Gets A Look Into New SCAD Facilities

Last week, members of the Visit Savannah team, along with Mayor DeLoach and Alderman Carol Bell, were invited on a special tour of four recently-opened SCAD facilities with SCAD president Paula Wallace. The group began by learning about the brand new Ruskin Hall, formerly the Savannah Law School, where new students will first be welcomed and oriented to the college. They also had the opportunity to learn about SCAD’s foundation studies programs in its building on MLK, to explore amenities available to students living in the One West Victory facility, and saw first-hand the incredible innovations students and faculty are working on in the new laboratories and classrooms on Montgomery Street. Thanks to SCAD for this enlightening experience!
