Visit Savannah Connects with Independent Planners at IPEC in Phoenix
Last week, Visit Savannah’s Ginger McCoy attended the Independent Planner Education Conference (IPEC) in Phoenix, connecting with more than 100 independent meeting planners during two days of one-on-one appointments.
Discussions included multiple single-hotel programs and potential citywide opportunities, with strong interest in the new Signia by Hilton Savannah and other downtown properties such as Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District and Hotel Recess.
Ginger also gained valuable insight from industry leaders on sourcing trends and how destinations can stand out in a competitive meetings market.
