Anjuli King attended the 2026 Emerge Conference, held February 9–13 in Lexington, Kentucky, where more than 900 faith-based event planners gathered for one of the industry’s premier educational and networking events. The conference featured inspiring keynote speakers, professional development sessions, and a trade show with more than 250 providers from across the country.

Throughout the week, Anjuli proudly represented Georgia, highlighting the state’s diverse destinations and positioning Savannah as an ideal host city for a future conference. Her conversations on the trade show floor generated strong interest, resulting in three solid RFPs secured onsite and several additional leads received digitally.

In addition to business development efforts, the conference emphasized community service. Anji volunteered during the event, helping pack more than 500 sack lunches that were distributed to individuals in need throughout downtown Lexington—an experience that reflected the spirit and purpose of the gathering.

We look forward to cultivating these new connections and exploring the opportunities that may lead to future faith-based meetings in Savannah. The 2027 Emerge Conference will take place in Orlando, Florida.
