State Tourism Representatives to the UK Visit Savannah and Tybee
Last week, Visit Savannah’s Mindy Shea, director of tour, travel and international sales, and Visit Tybee’s Sales Manager Kim Webster hosted two Georgia Department of Economic Development representatives from the United Kingdom. Della Tully and Joann Thomas have recently been brought on by the state’s tourism office to represent the state in the UK. In addition to a city tour and meetings with key Visit Savannah staff members, the representatives spent time exploring Savannah’s retail, cultural and culinary destinations and learning about Savannah’s tourism product.
