The Savannah VOICE Festival returned this month for its 14th year, once again filling Savannah with extraordinary operatic talent and showcasing the city as a destination for world-class arts and culture.

Produced each August by VOICExperience, the 14-day festival brings together emerging vocalists from across the country for opera productions, concerts, and special performances, while attracting music lovers and visitors from around the world.

At the heart of the festival are founders Sherrill Milnes and Maria Zouves. Milnes, the legendary American baritone and longtime Metropolitan Opera star, continues to lend his experience and passion to the development of the next generation of vocal talent.

The festival’s continued success is another example of Savannah’s growing reputation as a city where the arts thrive—and where outstanding cultural events create memorable experiences for residents and visitors alike.
