Director of International Sales Attends Brand USA Travel Week
London was the setting for Brand USA’s first ever Travel Week, an appointment show that matched top UK tour operators with suppliers from across the US for four days of preset appointments. Mindy Shea, director of tour, travel, and international sales, was one of nearly 500 attendees, along with buyers who came from 20 countries around Europe. Shea partnered with colleagues from Explore Georgia in the week-long show, which culminated with a highly successful client event at England’s famed Goodwood Revival. The vintage car race is a coveted annual event, and with the combined efforts of the tourism offices in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, top media and trade partners enjoyed a day-long program at the track.
