Group Shops to Benefit Bethesda Academy
Visit Savannah and ConventionSouth Magazine, in conjunction with the magazine’s Rendezvous South convention, recently facilitated a charity event called “Holiday Purchases with Purpose” that raised more than $1,200 for Bethesda Academy. Attendees with the ConventionSouth group were given a two-hour time period to go shopping at six Broughton Street retailers, with 10 percent of sales during those hours donated to Bethesda Academy.
