Ribbon Cuttings & Grand Openings for the Week of 8/21/17

MUSIC MEDICINE INSTITUTE

Music Medicine Institute hosted its ribbon cutting on August 24. The nonprofit celebrated its new full-time service line providing music therapy to persons of all ages. The team is excited to offer music therapy as a healthcare provider located at the clinic facility located at 106 C Oglethorpe Professional Court.

Music Medicine Institute’s licensed and board-certified music therapist utilizes music and musical experiences to achieve non-musical goals, such as addressing the physical, social-emotional, cognitive, communication and sensory needs of individuals. The clinic is fully prepared with a wide variety of instruments and adaptive equipment to accommodate persons with various levels of abilities.
