Savannah Creative Entrepreneur Bak Bond Marks Official Launch

Independent country-pop artist and creative entrepreneur Bak Bond celebrated the official launch and vision for his expanding brand with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, Nov. 12. The event was hosted at the Capital Collective Luxury Apartments Clubhouse. Rooted in Savannah’s growing arts community, Bak Bond is known for blending heartfelt storytelling with significant community spirit. His leadership roles, including serving as Music Director for the Savannah Sunset Market and Dairy Daze Fall Music Festival, highlight his unique work connecting music, local business, and community engagement. The program shared his vision for strengthening the creative economy through projects like “Bonfire + You” and the “Rust & Roses Festival.” Guests enjoyed live entertainment and networking during the reception. The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce congratulates Bak Bond on this milestone, applauding his efforts to turn creative ideas into real opportunities for the Lowcountry arts scene.

This exciting addition marks a new chapter for the museum and will offer year-round educational enrichment for families across the region.

Coastal Table and Tales, Savannah’s first and only culinary bookstore and cooking workshop, will officially open its doors on Friday, November 21, at 10:30 a.m. Founded by Dawn Anderson, this unique concept blends cookbooks, cuisine, and community—inviting guests to explore global flavors through hands-on classes, cooking and baking clubs, author talks, and culinary storytelling. More than a bookstore, Coastal Table and Tales celebrates food as a bridge between cultures. Through its workshops, partnerships, and events, the shop aims to connect Savannah’s vibrant culinary community and inspire people to cook, share, and tell their own stories—one meal at a time.
