Factory Direct Wholesale, LLC has relocated its corporate headquarters to Savannah and is having its first official Open House on March 20 from 10 am – 4pm at 503 Morgan Lakes Industrial Blvd in Pooler. Not only is FDW a manufacturer of office and massage chairs, but also sofas, loveseats, recliners, and more. As a new community partner in the Savannah area, FDW is looking to make genuine connections that are mutually beneficial in the progression of the company. FDW is excited about the expansion of their footprint in the community and is looking forward towards the bright future.

Savannah State University Interim President Kimberly Ballard-Washington is seen cutting the ribbon for the grand re-opening of Herty Hall, home to the mathematics department. The ceremony celebrates its new renovation with new lighting, technology, furniture, and more. The building is a huge part of the university’s history having been on campus since 1937.
