Judge Realty Celebrates 21 Years with New Waters Avenue Headquarters

A mainstay of the local property market reached a significant milestone yesterday as Judge Realty unveiled its new headquarters at 5202 Waters Ave. The ribbon-cutting ceremony, held Thursday, Jan. 22, marked both the opening of a newly renovated 2,500-square-foot office and the firm’s 21st anniversary serving the Savannah area. Founded and led by CEO Lori Judge, the boutique firm has evolved into a comprehensive leader in residential and commercial real estate, property management, and strategic investment. From industrial acquisitions to retail leasing and hotel development, Judge Realty continues to play a pivotal role in the region’s diverse property landscape. Live Oak Public Libraries will reopen the historic Carnegie Library on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 10:30 AM, following renovation and restoration. The Library, originally opened in 1914 with funding from local African American Savannahians and the Carnegie Corporation, is reopening under a new name, the Carnegie Library Heritage Center, to preserve and celebrate its powerful
legacy. Through museum-quality exhibits, oral history recordings and interactive displays, the Center will honor the library’s role as a beacon of knowledge and community empowerment. Including the Carnegie Library Heritage Center, the Live Oak Public Library system consists of sixteen branches in three counties. This one-day celebration will mark a major milestone for ocean literacy and conservation engagement in our region – and we want our community and partners to join us in celebration.
