Public Health 4 Kidz Unveils New Science Center
Public Health 4 Kidz Production celebrated the grand opening of its new Science Center on Friday, August 1st, at 2204 Skidaway Road. This new venue is designed to immerse children in the world of public health science through engaging, hands-on experiences. Upon arrival, young scientists receive their own lab coats and goggles before diving into experiments. The center will host “Open Lab” events and offer programs for homeschool and high school students, aiming to foster knowledge, resilience, and fun through childhood-centered education. The organization, founded in December 2021, also serves as an internship site for those pursuing degrees in health science and STEM fields. The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce congratulates Public Health 4 Kidz Production on this exciting new resource, which will empower the next generation of scientists and community leaders.
Border Bites Café Celebrates One Year of Flavor
Border Bites Café & Snack Cantina celebrated its first anniversary with a festive ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, August 1st. The event, held at their location at 5966 Ogeechee Rd., marked a year of serving up flavor-packed favorites to the community. The celebration featured a live DJ, music, and local favorites served from the Flacos House Food Truck. Guests enjoyed an incredible 50% off every item on the Border Bites menu as they joined in the fun. The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce congratulates Border Bites Café & Snack Cantina on a successful first year in business and wishes them many more years of continued success.
Wandering Spirits Toasts One-Year Anniversary
Wandering Spirits Mobile Bartending celebrated its first anniversary with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony and celebration on Saturday, August 2nd. The event, held at the Capital Collective Apartments Clubhouse, was a lively affair where guests enjoyed signature cocktails, light bites, and music. Wandering Spirits specializes in bringing custom cocktail experiences to any event, from weddings and corporate functions to backyard parties, providing professional bartending and personalized menus on the go. The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce congratulates Wandering Spirits Mobile Bartending on a successful first year and looks forward to seeing their continued growth.
