Congratulations to Chamber member, Chocolat by Adam Turoni, for being designated as a 2015 Top Ten Chocolatier in North America by Dessert Professional Magazine.
Dessert Professional Magazine, the nation’s leading food service publication for the chocolate, pastry, cake, artisan bread and frozen desserts industries, annually gives the Top Ten Awards out in a ceremony held in New York, N.Y. The award acknowledges that the fine chocolate industry continues to evolve, and recipients of the award represent the chocolatiers in North America, who are among the finest in the world. The selection of the Top Ten Chocolatiers honors North American-based chocolatiers whose craft is distinctive and has elevated the chocolate industry.
The list includes chocolate artists with diverse backgrounds. Some are former pastry chefs, while others began as chocolatiers. Some are self-taught, while others have been classically trained.
