The new CAT Airport Express (Route 100X) offers passengers–both residents and visitors alike–non-stop, affordable and faster access from the airport to downtown Savannah. Route 100X operates approximately every 90 minutes from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Sunday with only $5 one-way fare and $8 round-trip. The Airport Express offers a convenient and cost-effective transit alternative to the millions of visitors traveling from the Savannah Airport to beautiful downtown Savannah, including stops at select hotels (The Courtyard Marriott, The DeSoto, Hampton Inn Savannah-Historic District, Holiday Inn Express Savannah-Historic District, Andaz, Doubletree and Hilton Garden Inn). Upon arrival at the Transit Center or one of the designated downtown hotel stops, passengers will be able to select from various transportation options to continue their trip to other destinations: walking to nearby hotels, shops, and historic sites; connecting with the dot—Savannah’s fare-free downtown transportation system; bike share access; and easy transfers to other CAT routes.

Airport Express BOGO Promotion: For a limited time, CAT is offering a buy-one-get-one deal on Airport Express passes. From business colleagues to college students, if they’re going to fly, they’ll need a ride. So whether the family is coming to visit for the holidays or you and a friend are taking off on a ski trip extravaganza, CAT has you covered.

Make your purchase at the Ticket Window or at the Savannah/Hilton Head International (SAV) Visitor Center between December 1-31 for a one-way or roundtrip Airport Express pass and receive a second one free. Passes can be used on the 100X Airport Express at any time. Regular passes make a thoughtful gift as well, so give the gift of travel this season! Ticket Window hours are Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-8 p.m. SAV Visitor Information Center hour are 8:30 a.m.-11 p.m. daily. Schedules are always available online.

Chatham Area Transit Authority reminds customers that the following schedules will be in effect during the holiday season:

• All CAT Services will operate on a Holiday schedule on December 24 and December 31
• There will be no service on Monday, December 25, 2017, Christmas Day and Monday, January 1, 2018, New Year’s Day
