Founded in 2012, Xcel serves individuals ages 15-25 through hands-on training via Mobile Training Units and group settings, fostering career readiness and personal growth.

This dynamic event will showcase young talent in welding, providing participants with the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and compete for top honors.
