Savannah brought its signature energy and hospitality to Yankee Stadium on Sunday, April 26, hosting a memorable “Bananas” event for invited meeting planners and their guests.
More than 33 meeting planners representing association and convention business from across the Northeast were in attendance, creating a strong opportunity to connect with a key target market in a truly iconic setting. The high-energy experience offered a unique way to showcase Savannah’s creativity while building meaningful relationships with planners actively sourcing destinations.
Representing Visit Savannah were Larry Browder, Kellie Linder, and Courtney Martin, alongside valued industry partners including Dawn Ryan from the Westin, Staci Stover and Fredia Brady from the Savannah Convention Center, Andy Paschke from the Signia by Hilton Savannah, and Maura Fuccella from Ethos Event Collective.
The event highlighted the strength of Savannah’s collaborative meetings community and reinforced the destination’s ability to deliver engaging, one-of-a-kind experiences.
