Last week, Visit Savannah’s leadership team participated in their annual retreat. The team worked on 2023 objectives which included, developing strategies for bolstering the current leisure travel demand in the market, cultivating new and larger convention business prospects for the Savannah Convention Center expansion and improving efficiencies of our current data-driven intelligence.
These objectives will help the Visit Savannah Sales and Communications teams achieve more targeted sales and marketing efforts for the coming year. Visit Savannah’s incoming Board of Directors Chairmen, Kimberly Phillips joined the team to add inspiration for the coming year. The team also heard from guest speaker Gray Lawry, SVP of Strategy and Insights for Miles Partnership who presented on the future of digital and online marketing.
