Visit Savannah Senior Director of Sales Larry Browder recently represented the destination at the Financial & Insurance Conference Professionals Annual Education Forum in Québec City, Canada.

FICP is a community of meeting and event professionals in the financial services and insurance industries dedicated to professional development and demonstrating the value and impact of their work. The three-day Education Forum brought together leading meeting planners from some of the nation’s premier financial and insurance organizations, along with hospitality partners, for education and networking.

During the event, Browder met with planners and shared updates on Savannah’s growing meetings landscape, including the expansion of the Savannah Convention Center, the new Signia by Hilton and Ritz-Carlton hotels, and other projects on the horizon.

With new accommodations and expanded meeting space underway, Savannah is well-positioned to attract future FICP programs of all sizes. Planners expressed excitement about the destination’s continued growth and the possibilities ahead.
