Veterans’ Day Tribute Luncheon to Highlight Military’s Local Impact

The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce invites members of the business community to attend the Veterans’ Day Tribute and Military Briefing Luncheon on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at the Air Dominance Center – Combat Readiness Training Center.

Initially scheduled for Veterans Day, the luncheon was moved to this new date to ensure broad participation from business, civic, and military leaders across the region. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m., with the program beginning promptly at 12:00 p.m.

This year’s keynote speaker will be Richard D. Wilson, Adjutant General of Georgia, who will share insights on the critical role Georgia’s military installations and service members play in ensuring security, readiness, and economic vitality at both the regional and state levels.

The Savannah region is home to more than 20,000 service members, whose presence contributes over $4.9 billion annually to the local economy. The Chamber encourages businesses throughout the region to attend, show appreciation for those who serve, and strengthen the longstanding partnership between Savannah’s business community and the military.

The Veterans’ Day Tribute and Military Briefing Luncheon brings together business leaders, elected officials, and military leadership to honor service, recognize sacrifice, and highlight the continued impact of our armed forces on Savannah’s strength and success.
