The Chatham County Board of Registrars is Seeking Volunteer Board Members

The Chatham County Board of Registrars is accepting applications now for volunteer board positions. This is a nonpartisan body that provides oversight of the Board of Registrars staff in the areas of voter registration, maintenance of voter rolls, mail-in ballot voting process, and absentee in-person early voting. This is the perfect opportunity for Chamber Members, Leadership Savannah Alumni, and other business and community-minded individuals to serve Savannah and Chatham County. Interested candidates should submit a letter indicating their interest in the position, along with any relevant skills, experience, or other pertinent information by email to District Attorney Shalena Cook Jones via email at no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, May 28, 2021.
