Savannah Culinary Institute Releases Summer Schedule

The Savannah Culinary Institute, powered by Savannah Tech, offers programs providing students with hands-on experience in a real-world restaurant setting. Their mission is to advance workforce development in the culinary arts while serving as a vibrant hub for the Savannah community.

The Savannah Culinary Institute released a new schedule in anticipation of their summer semester. Make a reservation to experience their historic downtown Savannah restaurant or grab a bite to-go at the retail cafe.

Below is a list of summer semester dates and hours of operation.

Culinary Workshops:

Retail Café Hours (12:00–1:30 PM):
Offering breads, pastries, sandwiches & salads

Restaurant Hours (11:30 AM–1:30 PM):

$200 per person
