Last week, the Savannah Area Chamber’s Conni Reynolds and Tara Reese attended a special event hosted by the Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs (ACE) Women’s Business Center (WBC), celebrating the launch of 20 new women-owned businesses in Savannah. These ventures mark the successful completion of the pilot GoGal Program—a transformative initiative designed to empower women of color aspiring to become entrepreneurs.
Developed in partnership with Step Up Savannah and Start-Up Savannah, the GoGal Program provides aspiring business owners with tailored resources, expert guidance, and a strong support network to ensure long-term success. The initiative is not only launching new ventures but also helping to build a more inclusive and vibrant local economy.
The Chamber is proud to support programs like GoGal that are making a meaningful impact in our community and helping drive equitable growth across the region.
