Savannah Business Community Cheers on SCCPSS as 36,000 Students Return
Savannah’s business community extends its warmest congratulations to the dedicated faculty and staff of the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System as the 2025–2026 school year begins. On Monday, more than 36,000 students filed back into classrooms under the leadership of Superintendent Denise Watts and Board Chair Roger Moss.
