RISE is proud to announce the launch of Industry Insiders, a dynamic pilot program kicking off in Spring 2025. This initiative is designed to connect young professionals (ages 18-35) working in industrial careers with students across our eight-county region, sparking interest in manufacturing, logistics, engineering, and other thriving industrial sectors. Through school visits and personal storytelling, Industry Insiders will share their career journeys, offering students a firsthand look at the diverse pathways and exciting opportunities available in the world of industrial careers.
