Public Meetings on Tour-Service-for-Hire and Special Event Ordinances Today

Are you a special events coordinator? Do you work in the tourism industry?

The City of Savannah Special Events, Film & Tourism Office will hold two public meetings to discuss the Tour-Service-for-Hire and Special Event ordinances that were passed by City Council this past October. The ordinances are set to go into effect January 1.

Please join the Special Events, Film & Tourism Office today to learn about the modifications made to the Tour Service for Hire and Special Event ordinances. The meetings will address all the changes made to both sets of ordinances and how the changes may affect local businesses. The same presentation will be made in two different meetings, but questions posed by meeting attendees will differ, so it won’t hurt to attend both.
