The Hub Chamber Council is a working policy group that is a joint effort between the Georgia Chamber and 11 metropolitan Hub Chambers of Commerce across Georgia. The Council advances research, develops policy solutions, and supports legislation on issues that affect business in hub communities throughout the state. Focus areas for the 2023 Legislative Session include workforce development and housing, future-forward infrastructure, defense community security, and fiscal security. The Hub Chamber heard from various members of the Georgia General Assembly and other government leaders who addressed topics of concern for the 11-member Hub Chamber Council. Several topics were discussed, including transportation, pro-military legislation, and business-friendly tax policies.
