The Regional Industry Support Enterprise (RISE) will host its regional Job Palooza on Wednesday, Sept. 2, from 11 a.m.–7 p.m. at Enmarket Arena, bringing employers and job seekers from across Bryan, Bulloch, Candler, Chatham, Effingham, Evans, Liberty and Screven counties together under one roof.

The largest multi-county hiring event in the Savannah region, Job Palooza attracted more than 2,400 job seekers and 124 hiring employers last year.

The event is free and open to all job seekers, with no parking fees at Enmarket Arena. The first 300 job seekers who complete a brief survey will also receive a voucher for a meal at the arena.

Attendees are encouraged to bring copies of their resumes. WorkSource Coastal will be on-site to assist with creating, updating, and printing resumes, while workforce and community partners will provide additional career resources and support.

Employers scheduled to participate include Peeples Industries, Inc., Georgia Pacific Savannah River Mill, Thunderbolt Marine Inc., St. Joseph Candler Hospital, and businesses from throughout the eight-county region.
