Inaugural Tybee Seafood Fest Coming to the Island Nov. 8–15

The inaugural Tybee Seafood Fest is coming to Tybee Island November 8–15, 2026, bringing a full week of fresh seafood, local restaurants, live entertainment, and community celebration.

Designed to bring together local businesses, residents, and visitors, Tybee Seafood Fest will showcase the food, traditions, and island culture that make Tybee a one-of-a-kind destination for seafood lovers.

The week will feature three signature experiences:

Island-Wide Restaurant Celebration | November 8–15
Participating Tybee Island restaurants and shops will offer special seafood-inspired dishes, chef creations, and festival favorites throughout the week, giving guests even more reasons to dine local and explore the island.

Oyster Roast & Lowcountry Boil | Friday, November 13 | Hotel Tybee
Festival weekend kicks off Friday evening with fresh oysters, Lowcountry classics, and live entertainment at Hotel Tybee. The event will benefit HUGS (Heads-Up Guidance Services), a local nonprofit supporting children and families through educational, developmental, and therapeutic programs.

Tybee Seafood Fest | Saturday, November 14 | 11 a.m.–9 p.m.
The celebration culminates on Saturday with a full day of seafood vendors, live music, arts and crafts, local businesses, family-friendly activities, a Kids’ Zone, and a Shrimp Peeling Contest.

With a full week of dining specials and signature events, the inaugural Tybee Seafood Fest will offer residents and visitors plenty of reasons to enjoy great food, support local businesses, and celebrate Tybee Island’s seafood heritage.
