iCport Savannah officially celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, July 23rd, at Kim’s Café Midtown, 714 Martin Luther King Blvd. This newly established strategic resource is dedicated to empowering small businesses, creative entrepreneurs, and underrepresented voices within our community. As a resource strategist for the underserved and overlooked, iCport Savannah aims to bridge gaps in visibility, access, and opportunity often missed by mainstream systems. Through impactful media, targeted marketing, strategic partnerships, and community-driven events, iCport Savannah seeks to redefine how culture and commerce intersect. Their mission is to uplift local brands, amplify authentic voices, and create sustainable paths for growth across Savannah and beyond. The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce congratulates iCport Savannah on its grand opening and welcomes its dedicated efforts to strengthen our diverse business landscape.
Element by Westin Opens in Savannah’s Midtown
Midtown Savannah welcomed an exciting new addition as Element by Westin Savannah Midtown celebrated its grand opening on Thursday, July 24th. Located at 26 W Fairmont Ave., this modern extended-stay hotel offers thoughtfully designed living spaces and premium amenities tailored for today’s travelers. The event provided an opportunity to tour the new space, meet the team, and connect with local business and community leaders. Element by Westin is set to enhance comfort and convenience while contributing to the vibrancy and growth of the Savannah area. The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce congratulates Element by Westin Savannah Midtown on its grand opening, a welcomed new lodging option for our community.

Public Health 4 Kidz Production

Public Health 4 Kidz Production will unveil its new Science Center on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 8:30 am. This center will serve as a venue for kids, and those alike, to immerse themselves in the field of public health science. Kids will start this experience by receiving lab coats and goggles to dress the part, and then the magic of science begins with engaging in hands-on experiments. One of our thrilling offerings is the Open Lab event, where young scientists can engage in health and environmental-themed science labs for an hour. Additionally, PH4KZ serves as an internship site for those pursuing degrees in health science, public health, and STEM fields. We offer programs to provide classes for homeschool and high school scholars. Our collaboration with the school system, community agencies, and churches allow us to take the science experience directly to various locations. Since December 2021, the organization is dedicated to promoting public health education among children through engaging themes focused on social determinants of health, community outreach, and creative approaches to promote mental health and self -sufficiency. At PH4Kz, we empower young people to understand and participate in public health by fostering knowledge; teaching resilience through innovations; and engaging fun childhood-centered education platforms.
