The Chapel by the Sea Unveils Elegant Transformation on Tybee Island
The Chapel by the Sea, formerly known as the Tybee Island Wedding Chapel, celebrated its grand opening with a community celebration on Saturday, July 12th. The reimagined venue, located at 1114 US-80, unveiled its refreshed look and renewed vision to an excited crowd. The event, steeped in coastal charm and Southern hospitality, featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, guided tours of the beautifully renovated space, and a curated showcase of top local wedding vendors. Guests enjoyed live entertainment, delicious food and drinks, and engaging activities for all ages. The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce congratulates The Chapel by the Sea on its transformation and successful grand opening, marking an exciting new chapter for this cherished Tybee Island landmark.
