Georgia Power invites small business owners to enroll in its Small Commercial Direct Install (SCDI) Program, which covers up to 70% of the project cost for high-efficiency upgrades. After participating, an Atlanta retail store saved $38,238 in project costs and achieved projected annual savings of 71,110 kWh by switching to LED lighting.

Eligible participants can choose from a range of improvements, including smart thermostats, LED lighting, and HVAC maintenance. The streamlined process begins with a simple online form. If you qualify for the program, an assessor will visit your facility and provide a customized report detailing eligible equipment and potential savings.
