This week, the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce and Visit Savannah welcomed more than 30 Southeast Georgia Leadership Forum participants to their headquarters. This annual two-day event brings together over 400 leaders from various sectors, including neighborhoods, non-profits, civic groups, government, and businesses, fostering collaboration and leadership development across the region.

Chamber President & CEO Bert Brantley and Visit Savannah President & CEO Joseph Marinelli walked participants through how both organizations contribute to Savannah’s thriving business environment and national appeal as a top travel destination. Marinelli also highlighted Visit Savannah’s latest marketing initiatives that continue positioning the city as a must-visit location for travelers worldwide.

The forum was a valuable opportunity for emerging and established leaders to gain insight into Savannah’s economic and tourism landscape while fostering connections that strengthen the broader Southeast Georgia community.
