The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its second annual Biscuits & Bills Legislative Breakfast today, formally unveiling the Chamber’s 2026 State Legislative Agenda and outlining key initiatives that will support Savannah’s business community in the year ahead.
Held at the Savannah Convention Center, the event brought together more than 550 attendees—including business leaders, elected officials, and community partners—creating a dynamic forum for conversation around policies critical to economic growth.
Members of the Chatham County legislative delegation offered remarks and perspectives on the Chamber’s proposed priorities, which include increased state investment in tourism marketing, strengthened workforce development policies, and targeted funding for major advancement projects at Savannah Technical College and Savannah State University.
The Chamber also reaffirmed its commitment to supporting significant transportation and infrastructure improvements that are vital to sustaining regional competitiveness and meeting the growing economy’s needs.
