Chamber Advancing Legislative Priorities Before Crossover Day Deadline

Crossover Day at the Georgia State Legislature is approaching on Friday, March 6, marking a key milestone in the 2026 legislative session. This deadline requires most bills to pass out of their original chamber to remain eligible for consideration this year.

The Savannah Area Chamber team is actively engaged at the Capitol, working with lawmakers and partners to advance priorities that support Savannah’s business community, workforce development, and long-term economic competitiveness.

Members can track legislation under consideration during the 2026 session through WABE’s bill tracker, Click Here.
