Business Community Invited to Help Shape Chatham’s Literacy Moonshot
Your input in the Moonshot Community Perception Survey can help shape outcomes as Chatham County Public Schools reach for the moon.
The Chatham Literacy Moonshot, launched on March 10, 2026, is a community-wide initiative led by the Chatham Education Alliance with an ambitious goal: to increase the percentage of third-grade students reading on or above grade level in the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System from 53% to 95% within five years.
The initiative focuses on early learning, teacher support, and community collaboration to improve reading proficiency and help more students build the skills they need for long-term success.
Now, the business community has an important role to play. By lending your voice, you can help change the conversation, encourage educators, and support meaningful progress for students across Chatham County.
Please take a few moments to complete the survey and share your input. Together, we can help Chatham County students reach new heights
