The session transitions into an interactive workshop from 4 to 5 p.m. where attendees can volunteer for a “hot seat” to receive personalized, live assistance in optimizing their business listing. While our experts provide one-on-one support for those in the hot seat, other participants are encouraged to co-work alongside the team, updating their own profiles in real-time with staff available in the chat for immediate support.
