The Savannah Chamber and Visit Tybee want to help your business, and there is no better way than with customer service training.

We are partnering again this year with the Tourism Leadership Council’s Michael Owens and Carson Daley to present¬†“It’s What You Say and How You Say It,”¬†exploring the importance of effective communication when interacting with customers and guests.

The training will include a trolley tour of the island, led by the Visit Tybee team. The tour is to help employees re-familiarize themselves with all that Tybee Island has to offer guests and help them understand the overall Tybee Island visitor experience.

Two Dates and Times Available. Please register for one class.

  • Tuesday, May 25 from 9-11 a.m.
  • Wednesday, May 26 from 3-5 p.m.
