Omega Construction has just completed construction as the general contractor for Village on the Bluff with Ansley Williams and Laurie deVegter Consulting. Thunderbolt’s newest concept in waterfront living on the Wilmington River features single family cottages, studio units, and a 3-story mixed-use building with commercial space on the ground floor and apartments above. A Ribbon Cutting ceremony will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, March 7^th, 2023 with the newly completed properties open for viewing with Laurie deVegter on site until 7:30pm. Property bookings available through Luxury Living Savannah’s premiere short term and monthly vacation rentals within their Cottage Collection.
