On Thursday, June 16th, Savannah will welcome a new banquet hall and event center named “The Venue”. It will formally have its Grand Opening to all the community. The public is invited to celebrate the grand opening, which will kick off at 5:30 PM. Guests will be able to enjoy delicious appetizers, wonderful music, and a ribbon-cutting planned for 6:30 PM.

Both stunning and sophisticated, The Venue, a combination of style, comfort, and elegance is sure to leave your guests with lasting memories.

The Venue is owned by Gloria Ortega in partnership with Alex Salgueiro a Savannah businessman and longtime Savannah resident. The Venue’s space is available for businesses and individuals to host live events, weddings, sweet 16 & 15’s, holiday events, meetings, celebrations, galas, conferences, and anything else that pops up, satisfying all the area’s entertainment needs.

“The Venue is proud to be the only Hispanic owned and managed entertainment venue in the region and is the only one with a “Ritz Carlton Ballroom” look and feel that provides elegance and sophistication at an affordable price. The facility has the capacity for 350 seated guests, a catering kitchen and over 250 parking spaces available.” said by Gloria Ortega.

The event will be carried thru jointly by our Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce
