Members Services Day at Oatland Island Wildlife Center
Join Tara and Claudette for Member Services Day at Oatland Island Wildlife Center on Friday, February 20th. Make one free 30-minute appointment and use this opportunity to update your Member Profile listings and complete your quarterly Extranet update all while enjoying this beautiful and truly unique Savannah landmark.
Learn ways to utilize the Extranet for your business’ advantage in the Oatland Island conference room. While you’re there, explore the scenic two-mile trail and experience Georgia’s native wildlife, including gray wolves, cougars, bobcats, birds of prey, and more.
Oatland Island serves as an outdoor classroom for the Savannah Chatham County Public School System, welcoming more than 30,000 students each year for curriculum-based field trips led by our teachers and naturalists. Beyond school visits, Oatland offers engaging educational programs for all ages, including Toddler Tuesday for early learners, week-long summer camps for students in rising kindergarten through fifth grade and the Oatland Wildlife Leader (OWL) Program for high school students, which builds leadership skills through hands-on learning, volunteer service, and special projects.
At Oatland Island, our mission is to inspire curiosity and conservation while supporting meaningful science learning that connects to what students experience in the classroom and extends far beyond it through real-world exploration, discovery and hands-on outdoor education.
