About

Welcome to 411-Trailers Group. Built on experience. Designed for clarity.

411-Trailers Group didn't start as a 'group.' It started as a family operation built through hands-on work, hard lessons, and a simple goal:
help people make confident decisions in an industry that often feels needlessly complicated.

Where We Started (1998)

In October 1998, we opened as ABC Motors of the Lowcountry.
The mission was simple then'and it still is now: communicate clearly, treat people fairly, and stand behind what we sell.

How the Water Found Us

Early on, someone asked us to help sell a boat. Then another. Then another.
Those requests became direction because our family loved the water and the marine world rewarded practical service and real support.

Over time, that path evolved into ABC Motors & Marine.
It was shaped by what customers actually needed: boats, trailers, parts, and guidance after the sale.

Recycling, Parts, and Early E-Commerce (Early 2000s)

By the early 2000s, we were selling used marine parts online, including on eBay.
Back then, nationwide e-commerce was still new for many small businesses.

That chapter is referenced in public record. In a 2018 U.S. Supreme Court amicus brief, our family's story is described as one example of small-business resilience and recycling-based work.

The theme still matters today: do the work honestly, build for real life, and respect the dollars people work hard to earn.

411Marine.com: Real Answers and Correct Fitment

As our focus sharpened, 411MarineCom became the platform that reflected who we were.
Customers wanted real answers, correct fitment, and straightforward support.
So we built around that.

We organized boat types, trailer setups, and the small differences that matter in real life.
We used photos, measurements, and practical explanations.
The goal was simple: fewer surprises and better decisions.

The Truth Customers Taught Us

Working directly with customers taught us a truth the industry often avoids:
There is no single 'best' trailer for everyone.

Different boats, tow vehicles, ramps, waterways, workloads, and expectations require different solutions.
Too often, trailers are treated like commodities.
That leaves buyers guessing on fitment, quality, and long-term ownership.

What Experience Built (and What We Won't Compromise)
Which designs truly hold up over time
Where adjustability matters (and where it's just noise)
Why accurate measurements prevent expensive mistakes
How dealer support matters long after pickup
Why parts availability matters as much as the trailer itself

That shaped our approach: present proven brands clearly, with real-world context'not pressure.

The Evolution Into 411-Trailers Group

As customer needs expanded beyond marine'into utility, landscape, car hauling, tilt, and semi-custom applications'it became clear that people needed one hub to compare options without the noise.

That growth became 411-Trailers Group.
Instead of forcing every solution into one site or one brand, we built a family of focused platforms.
Each site does one job well, while sharing the same standards and support across the group.

The 2025 Chapter: A New Road Into Trailers

In 2025, auto racing brought a familiar challenge back into focus: finding truly well-built aluminum trailers and car haulers where the structure and components match the pitch.

That search led us to Black Rhino Trailers (BR).
BR fit our standard: real construction, clear specs, and purpose-driven design.
It became a natural extension of what we already do'help customers buy with confidence and own with fewer surprises.
