With our wood oven at the center, Spread Bagelry blends a modern sensibility
with old world craft—engaging the senses, welcoming people, and anchoring
the communities we serve. Since our Philadelphia founding in 2010, we’ve
infused Montreal-style bagels with brotherly love on the daily. And all that
bagel love? It continues to spread.

By nature, bagels have an ever-present space to fill. When we become part of
a neighborhood, it becomes a part of us. Our communities complete us, so
no two Spread Bagelries are alike—just as no two of our bagels are alike. Every
