Fishbar is a seafood-centric small plates restaurant offering a globally inspired menu cooked over a wood-fired grill. Specializing in seafood, our menu is driven by the seasons.

We keep things simple: start with the freshest ingredients we can get our hands on, treat them with respect, and let honest technique do the rest. Most of our cooking is guided by the seasons and the fire; it's how we build dishes that feel both familiar and a little unexpected, comforting without being predictable.

More than anything, our goal is to make people feel genuinely cared for. Warm service, attention to detail, and food made with real intention. That's the heart of Fishbar, and it's what we hope you feel every time you walk through our doors.
