Migrant Equity Southeast (MESE) is a Latinx and immigrant-led nonprofit organization based in South Georgia dedicated to advocating for immigrant and refugee communities. The organization works to expand equitable access to essential resources, including healthcare, education, legal support, financial assistance, and food security. Through community outreach, mutual aid programs, policy advocacy, and education initiatives, MESE supports underserved populations and promotes immigrant rights and civic engagement across the region.MESE also engages in direct service programs such as immigration clinics, scholarship support, disaster relief distribution, and community resource coordination to strengthen resilience and opportunity for immigrant families in Coastal and South Georgia.
