Brian Alexander has spent two decades building businesses, leading teams, and coaching the leaders who do both.He started as an individual contributor ' growing a B2B sales book from $500K to $40M in seven years. That experience taught him something most consultants miss: the people who build great results don't automatically know how to build great teams. He had to learn that the hard way.
