Gutstein Gallery at the Savannah College of Art and Design hosts rotating showcases of work by SCAD students and alumni across diverse media, as well as special exhibitions of contemporary art and design. Recent programming has included Kamryn Shawron: Stuck!, Patterned Fields: Jeremiah Jossim and Gretchen Wagner, and the group shows Here and There, Power in Perspective, and Fast Forward. Past exhibitions have included Diane von Furstenberg: Journey of a Dress, curated by André Leon Talley; Manolo Blahnik...The Shoe; and Linear Abstraction, featuring works by artists Rana Begum and Walead Beshty, among others. Gutstein Gallery is also home to SCAD Art Sales, the university's full-service art consultancy. SCAD Art Sales offers elite representation to reach a global clientele, serving as an invaluable resource for student and alumni artists, who earn high-profile commissions, acquisitions by prestigious collectors, and placements in film and television productions.
